General Setup > Managing Users > Multiple Users per Email

SimplePay allows you to have multiple users associated with your email address. For example, you may have a Payroll Administrator and an Employee Self-Service user in a certain company.

You are able to switch between these users by clicking on the Profile icon  > User Profile. You will see a list of your available users and the accounts to which they belong. Simply select the appropriate user from this list.
