Multiple Employment on ROS

Multiple employment on ROS can occur when an employee works for the same company, not including separate roles. The employee could have been terminated and then reinstated at a later date.

In order to change this, follow the steps below:

  • Start by ending the employee’s service before finalising their payslip and submitting the payroll report to ROS for the leave/cessation date to be reported on the file.
  • If the employee’s payslip has already been finalised and submitted several payrolls thereafter, contact ROS to add a cessation date on one of the employments/RPNs.
